On Sunday, December 28th we had Jalen baptized at Jason's dad's church, Sun Lakes United Methodist. Jalen did pretty well and only got fussy for part of the baptism making his "Boompa" (Jim) look bad. Afterwards we had a lunch at Jason's parents house that was very nice. Thank you to all who was able to attend and for all of the gifts we received for Jalen, it was such a nice day!
Jason's Aunt Beth & Uncle Scott got Jalen a rocking horse for Christmas that vibrates, makes galloping sounds and moves its head and tail back and forth. Jalen is too young yet to really understand what it is or be on it alone, but boy did he love it. He actually started to fall asleep on it and when we puled him off he was out! I think the vibrations were calming to him and now when he cries we can just sit him on it for a bit and he is content.
Grammie & Papa arrived here last Thursday and we took them to Payson where Jason's parents have a cabin. There wasn't much snow in Payson, but 30 mins north on the rim there was a good amount for us to play in and get to show Jalen for the first time.
Jalen and his snow angel Still has big blue eyes! Meeting Papa for the first time He loves staring at and playing with the toys on this bouncer!

We are excited about our newest announcement in that we are adopting again and Jalen and Fetinet will soon have a little sister! We are very lucky to have each other and have such wonderful friends and family to share our lives with.
